We ship products from various sources including but not limited to UPS & DHL for our parcel carriers. We also ship UPS FREIGHT & ABF as well as other sources for all shipments over 150 lbs. We receive good discounts on truck freight that we pass down to the customer. All crankshafts over 100 lbs, and other large items are recommended to go truck freight. All truck freight shipments that are being paid by R.F. Equipment, Inc. / R. F. Engine, we must create the shipping Bill of Lading and set up the pickup arrangements.



All freight charges must be prepaid by the customer unless otherwise stated, all air and international freight is non refundable for any reason. All returns must be sent back freight pre-paid. All cores coming back must have an authorization number and must be sent back to the proper location that may or may not be different than where the part was originally shipped. Any unauthorized returns or core returns that are shipped back freight collect may be refused or the shipping charges may be deducted from the amount being returned.
